HOW TO GET A REFUND?
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Your item must be in its original packaging
- Have in your possession a receipt or proof of purchase (tracking number)
- Have received your item in less than 14 days
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Contact us by email or via our contact form indicating:
- The reason for your return/refund request
- Your order number
- Your tracking number
- A photo if the item is damaged
We will tell you the steps to follow to return your package.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT CAN I DO?

Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: support@shedific.co.uk and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT TAKES SO LONG?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance.
However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time on this page.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We strive to process our orders as efficiently as possible so that they reach you as quickly as possible. It is therefore not always possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.
However, we can potentially help you. Provided with your order number, write to us via our contact form or send us an e-mail to support@shedific.co.uk and we will do our best to cancel your order.
If we are fortunate enough to cancel your order in time, we will process your refund immediately.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
We will process your order the same day and then 5 to 8 days to deliver it to you.
Depending on the time of year and according to demand, delivery times may vary.
In any case, if you do not receive your order within 14 days, we will get a full refund.
